Sunny Noelle Naughton, a Native Vermonter, was born and raised in Newport, Vermont in the Northeast Kingdom bordering the international Lake Memphremagog. Creator of Sunshine Silver Lining LLC., a vision consulting consulting company, Sunny’s work will encompass giving back to the area that helped her achieve her goals and dreams, to start.
Vision Consulting is simply helping get an idea from A to Z or wherever we can. We offer strategic planning, management and marketing services, in addition to writing services and event coordination and networking on your behalf.
2019 projects include collaborations with The Work Commons, The Northeast Kingdom Young Professionals, NEKLS, Inc. and ie consulting to name a few as well as organic programming.
Sunny is very active in her community, having served as a Board Member for Umbrella (2016 – 2017), a Council Member for Age-Friendly Newport/AARP, NCUHS Arts and Communication Academy Board Member, a Pope Memorial Animal Shelter Supporter, a MAC Center for the Arts Writer and Artist, the Vice President of the Business and Professional Women’s Club of St. Johnsbury from 2015 to 2018, creator of the premiere NEK Arts Academy ACT 1 and freelancer for the Newport Daily Express. Additionally Sunny is the Regional Prevention Partnerships Coordinator out of NEKLS, Inc. and services as the Coordinator for the PITR Collaborative, Advisory Chair for Big Brother Big Sisters of Orleans and Northern Essex Counties and a facilitator for the National Council of Behavioral Health’s Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid Courses.
Naughton has a mission to share hope, dreams and positivity with those around her.
Sunny moved to NYC at 18 to pursue career in theater. After over a decade of work in the entertainment business, with a Liberal Arts degree from Eugene Lang, she returned to Vermont at the age of 30 determined to open the next chapter in life. Naughton graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in the summer fo 2018 as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success with a Masters of Organizational Leadership. Sunny believes that collaboration and optimism are the key to a happy and fulfilled life and Sunshine Silver Lining is one way of offering those values to her community.
